Well today I decided I wanted to share the Pasco Flea Market with y'all. Its a Saturday and Sunday market full of the mexican culture and foods. It gets packed every weekend. So, from Yakima we drove on the old highway 22 from Toppenish to Prosser https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Washington_State_Route_22 which offers a scenic drive. Here I saw an old landslide that happens years ago, check out the images below.
I love going to local events that provide the feels, the smells, amd sounds of the people around us. On my posted video, you will see the beautiful people serving up l their delicious treats and eats. Every try corn on the cob (or cup) with chile, lime, mayonaaise, and cheese? Oh my, if you haven't yet, please try it from an authentic cook. These treats are soo yummy. How about a mangonada? That's a cup or drink of diced mango with ice (or slushy) drizzled with hot chile spices, sweet tarte tamarind with salt and sprtized with lime. You can also find fresh cooked street tacos or sweet desserts of churros covered in sugar, or a funnel cake...yummy. So come by and check out my yotube for full video and pics from this Sunday trip!
